1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alpha Online Learning ("the Platform") at alphaonlinelearning.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a student under 18, your parent, guardian, or school administrator must agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Educational Purpose
Alpha Online Learning is an educational platform designed exclusively for students in grades 5–8. The Platform provides curriculum-aligned lessons, quizzes, and learning tools aligned with Wisconsin Common Core State Standards.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Students must use their real name and correct grade level
- Account credentials (username/password) must not be shared
- Students are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account
- Administrators are responsible for managing student accounts appropriately
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes
- Not attempt to access other students' accounts or data
- Not attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate quiz/progress data
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Content
All lesson content, quiz questions, reading passages, and educational materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Alpha Online Learning. Content is aligned to Wisconsin Common Core State Standards and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alpha Online Learning is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
